Our Story
 

It all began with a simple love for the game. A few friends, sticks in hand, would gather on weekends—not for trophies or titles, but for the thrill of field hockey and the joy of community. Those humble beginnings on the fields of San Jose sparked a fire that would grow into something extraordinary.

What started as a casual weekend ritual became a force to be reckoned with. Today, San Jose Khalsa stands proud as Northern California’s Premier Field Hockey Club—a name that echoes across state lines and national championships.
 

From lifting the prestigious California Cup twice (in 2001 and 2014), to claiming 2nd place at the USA National Club Championships, to consistently dominating in the Northern California BAFHA League, our journey has been fueled by passion, discipline, and relentless teamwork.

But our story goes beyond medals and matches.
 

We’re honored to have contributed some of the finest talent to the USA Men’s National Field Hockey Team, with San Jose Khalsa players forming the backbone of Northern California’s national representation.

This club is not just about winning—it’s about legacy, leadership, and lifting each other up.
